Adding a Subcategory

Adding subcategories to main categories is a way of organizing information, as well as the comments and replies to that information.  In this example, a category called Covisint Support Portal Feedback contains subcategories such as 1) website design, 2) quality of information, 3) what works well, and 4) things to improve.

Complete the following steps to add a subcategory to an existing category.
